1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Community Drivers’ Hours and Working Time (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Temporary Exception) Regulations 2007, shall come into force on 6^th October 2007 and shall cease to have effect on 5^th November 2007.

(2) These Regulations extend to Great Britain only.
