Citation, application and interpretation U.K.

1.—(1) This Order—

(a) may be cited as the Animal Welfare Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2 and Saving and Transitional Provisions) (England) Order 2007; and

(b) applies in England only.

(2) In this Order—

“the 1968 Act” means the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1968(1); and

“the 2006 Act” means the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
