Coming into force
The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 58(3) and (4) and 65(1)(b) of the Mental Capacity Act 20051.
Citation and commencement1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Public Guardian (Fees, etc) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st October 2007.
Amendment to the Public Guardian (Fees, etc) Regulations 20072.

Regulation 9 (exemptions) of the Public Guardian (Fees, etc) Regulations 20072 is amended as follows.

In regulation 9(7)(b)(ii) omit the reference to “child”.
