PART 2 MAKING AND DETERMINATION OF APPLICATIONS

Publication of decision and order

18.  The determining authority must publish on an appropriate website—

(a) its decision and the reasons for it; and

(b) if it grants the application, a copy of its order under section 17 of the 2006 Act.
