3. The following provisions of the 2006 Act shall come into force on 1st October 2007 to the extent not already in force—
(a)section 51 (corresponding provision for Northern Ireland) in so far as it relates to the entry in Schedule 2 (weapons etc.: corresponding provisions for Northern Ireland) referred to in sub-paragraph (b);
(b)in Schedule 2, paragraph 9;
(c)section 65 (repeals) in so far as it relates to the entries in Schedule 5 (repeals) referred to in sub-paragraph (d); and
(d)in Schedule 5 (repeals), the entries relating to the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994(1).
