The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Amendment etc.) (General Qualifications Bodies) (Alteration of Premises and Enforcement) Regulations 2007

In accordance with section 67(4A) of the Disability Discrimination Act 19951 a draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;

In accordance with section 31AF of that Act2, the Secretary of State has consulted with the Welsh Ministers, the Scottish Ministers and such other persons as it appeared to him to be appropriate to consult;
