1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st October 2007.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.
(3) In these Regulations, “the 1966 Regulations” means the Commons Registration (General) Regulations 1966(1).
