The Secretary of State for Transport no longer deems it necessary in the public interest to restrict flying in the vicinity of certain security establishments in Northern Ireland and, in exercise of her powers under article 96 of the Air Navigation Order 2005(1), makes the following Regulations:

S.I. 2005/1970, to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
