The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (South Armagh) (Revocation) Regulations 2007

The Secretary of State for Transport no longer deems it necessary in the public interest to restrict flying in South Armagh and, in exercise of her powers under article 96 of the Air Navigation Order 2005(1), makes the following Regulations:

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (South Armagh) (Revocation) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 31st August 2007.

2.  The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (South Armagh) Regulations 1992(2) are revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (South Armagh) Regulations 1992 as amended.
