Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (c.12)29

In section 53(1) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (conversion of company into registered society) for “by a special resolution as defined by section 378 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “by special resolution”.
