Modification or waiver of rules

11.  In section 250 (modification or waiver of rules)—

(a) omit subsection (4)(a);

(b) in subsection (4)(b), for “authorised person (except in subsection (4)(a))” substitute “person”;

(c) in subsection (5)(a), (b), (d) and (e), omit “authorised”.
