Regulation A15 (alterations in police areas) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)—
a
after “police authority” insert “, police pension fund”; and
b
for “and fund” (in both places) substitute “pension fund and police fund”.

In paragraph (2)—
a
after “police authority” insert “, police pension fund”; and
b
for “and fund” (in each place) substitute “pension fund and police fund”.

In paragraph 3(a), for the words “or fund” substitute “, pension fund or police fund”.

In paragraph 4(a), after the words “any reference to a”, insert “police pension fund or a”.
