3.  This Order applies to the whole of the County of Leicestershire except—

(a)the entire length of the M1 within the County, including its on and off slip roads;

(b)the entire length of the M6 within the County, including its on and off slip roads;

(c)the entire length of the M42 within the County, including its on and off slip roads;

(d)the entire length of the M69 within the County, including its on and off slip roads;

(e)the entire length of the A5 within the County, including its on and off slip roads;

(f)the entire length of the A14 within the County, including its on and off slip roads;

(g)the entire length of the A42 within the County, including its on and off slip roads;

(h)the entire length of the A46 within the County, including its on and off slip roads;

(i)the section of the A50 from junction 24 of the M1 in a generally westerly direction to the Leicestershire/Derbyshire boundary;

(j)the entire length of the A52 within the County, including its on and off slip roads; and

(k)the section of the A453 from the roundabout junction of the A42/A453 (including the circulatory carriageway), adjacent to M1 junction 23a, in a northerly then north-easterly direction and including its roundabout junction with the M1 junction 24 to the Leicestershire/Nottinghamshire boundary.
