142.—(1) Section 966(7) of the Companies Act 2006 (definition of “minister” for purposes of section 966(4))(1) is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph (c) insert—
“(d)the Welsh Ministers;”.
(3) After “the Board of Trade” insert “and”.
(4) Omit “and the National Assembly for Wales”.
