DEVOLUTION, WALES

This Order provides for the National Assembly for Wales Commission, (“the Commission”) established by section 27 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c.32.), to be treated as a Crown body for certain purposes of the following enactments—The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974;Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979;Town and Country Planning Act 1990;Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;The Welsh Language Act 1993;Health Act 2006.
