19. The fee payable to an advocate retained solely for the purpose of making a note of any hearing must be the daily fee set out in the table following this paragraph.

Explanatory Memorandum
Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications.
