Obligation to issue ROCs

12.—(1) Article 15 of the 2006 Order (obligation to issue ROCs) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1)—

(a) for “article 17” substitute “articles 17 and 17A”; and

(b) at the end omit “to the persons specified below”.

(3) In paragraph (2), after “(5)” insert “and article 15A”.
