Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 19771, and by paragraph 29(1) of Schedule 2 to, the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19902.
The Secretary of State for Health considers it appropriate in the interests of the health service to make this Order, having completed the consultation prescribed under paragraph 29(3) of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19903.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Buckinghamshire Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st April 2006.
Dissolution of NHS trust2
The Buckinghamshire Mental Health National Health Service Trust established by The Buckinghamshire Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 20014 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
