The Surrey and Borders Partnership National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital) Order 2006

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19901 and now vested in her, with the consent of Treasury2:

Citation, commencement and application1.

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Surrey and Borders Partnership National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 31st March 2006.

(2)

This Order applies in relation to England.

Originating capital of an NHS trust2.

The originating capital of the Surrey and Borders Partnership National Health Service Trust3 shall be £206,376,000.
