16. Where, on or before 31st March 2006, a patient requested a summary of the care and treatment in accordance with paragraph 15 of Schedule 1 to the 1992 Regulations and the dentist has not provided that summary before 1st April 2006, notwithstanding the revocation of the 1992 Regulations, paragraph 15 of Schedule 1 to those Regulations shall continue to have effect as in force on 31st March 2006 in respect of that request.
