1.—(1) This Order—
(a)may be cited as the Council Tax (Discount Disregards) (Amendment) (England) Order 2006, and
(b)comes into force on 31st January 2007.
(2) This Order applies in relation to—
(a)billing authorities in England, and
(b)financial years beginning on or after 1st April 2007.
