Amendment of the Collective Investment Schemes Order

36.—(1) The Schedule to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Collective Investment Schemes Order) 2001(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 5(2)(a), after “25 (arranging deals in investments),” insert “25D (operating a multilateral trading facility),”.

(3) In paragraph 9(1)(a)(2), after “25”, insert “, 25D,”.
