The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Waste Management Licensing) (England and Wales) Regulations 2006 No. 3315

Interpretation

2.  In these Regulations—

(a) “the WEEE Directive” means Council Directive 2002/96/EC(1) on waste electrical and electronic equipment as amended by Council Directive 2003/108/EC(2);

(b) “the 1994 Regulations” means the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994(3);

(c) “site licence” has the same meaning as in the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
