“the WEEE Directive” means Council Directive 2002/96/EC4 on waste electrical and electronic equipment as amended by Council Directive 2003/108/EC5;

“the 1994 Regulations” means the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 19946;

“site licence” has the same meaning as in the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
