16.—(1) Subject to paragraph (3)—
(a)this Order shall apply as if any copy taken under any power to which any provision of this Order applies were the original of that of which it is a copy; and
(b)for the purposes of this Order, except articles 3 and 4, the powers mentioned in paragraph (2) (which are powers to obtain hard copies etc of information which is stored in electronic form) shall be treated as powers of seizure, and references to seizure and to seized property shall be construed accordingly.
(2) The powers mentioned in paragraph (1)(c) are the powers conferred by articles 14(4) and 15 of the 2003 Order.
(3) Paragraph (1) does not apply to article 10.
