It gives effect in these overseas territories to Council Common Position 2005/792/CFSP adopted by the Council of the European Union on 14th November 2005 which prohibits (a) the delivery or supply of arms and related material to Uzbekistan, from Members States' territories, by their nationals, or using their flagged vessels and aircraft; (b) the provision of technical assistance, brokering services and other services related to military activities and to the provision, manufacture, maintenance and use of arms and related material to any person, entity or body in, or for use in Uzbekistan; and (c) the provision of financing or financial assistance related to military activities to any person, entity or body, in or for use in, Uzbekistan. GENERALCustoms powers to demand evidence of destination which goods reach 7 Any exporter or any shipper of restricted goods which have been exported from the Territory shall, if so required by the Governor, furnish within such time as the Governor may allow, proof to the Governor’s satisfaction that the goods have reached either — a a destination to which they were authorised to be exported by a licence granted under this Order; or b a destination to which their exportation was not prohibited by this Order, and, if he fails to do so, he shall be guilty of an offence under this Order unless he proves that he did not consent to or connive at the goods reaching any destination other than a destination mentioned in sub-paragraph (a) or (b).
