Offences related to fishing for salmon and freshwater fish
Illegal fishing by two or more persons acting together28.
If two or more persons acting together do any act which would constitute an offence against article 22, 23 or 27, every such person shall be guilty of an offence under this article, and liable—
(a)
on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both such fine and such imprisonment; and
(b)
on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both a fine and such imprisonment.
