Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Transport, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(2) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841.
In accordance with section 134(2) of that Act he has consulted with representatives of those whom he considers likely to be affected by the Regulations.
