Transitional provision for arbitration
10.—(1) Nothing in this Order affects an arbitration under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 or the Agricultural Holdings Act 1948(1) which commences before this Order comes into force.
(2) For the purposes of paragraph (1) an arbitration commences when an arbitrator is appointed.
