Modification of the Northern Ireland Act 1998

2.  Subsection (6) of section 87 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 is modified by adding at the end the following paragraphs—

“(r) the Age-Related Payments Act 2004(1) and the Age-Related Payments (Northern Ireland) Order 2004(2);

(s) the Pensions Act 2004(3) and the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(4)”.
