SCHEDULE 5ADAPTATIONS FOR NORTHERN IRELAND

In regulation 14, for paragraph (2) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

No proceedings for an offence under these Regulations may be instituted in Northern Ireland except by an enforcement authority or the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland.
