The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 5(1) of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to, the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19901 The requirements for consultation prescribed under section 5(2) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19902 do not apply in respect of this Order.
