The M4 Motorway (Theale to Winnersh Section) Connecting Roads Scheme 1968 (Variation) Scheme 2006 No. 2496

2.  The M4 Motorway (Theale to Winnersh Section) Connecting Roads Scheme 1968(1) is hereby varied as follows:

(i) for the schedule to that Scheme substitute the schedule to this Scheme;

(ii) for the definition of “the deposited plan” in article 4 of that Scheme, substitute “means the plan numbered HA16MP/008 marked “The M4 Motorway (Theale to Winnersh Section) Connecting Roads Scheme 1968 (Variation) Scheme 2006” and deposited at ODPM-DfT Records Management Branch, Floor 13 (IMD), Ashdown House, St Leonards on Sea, Hastings, East Sussex TN37 7GA”.
