56.  In section 108 (enforcement in England and Wales)(1)—

(a) in subsection (6), in paragraph (a), omit “40,” and “and of any regulations made under section 40 of this Act”;

(b) omit subsection (8);

(c) in subsection (9), for “(2) to (8)” substitute “(2) to (7)”;

(d) in subsection (10), as amended by section 31(1)(d) of the Health Act 2006(2), omit “and (8)”; and

(e) in subsection (11)—

(i) omit paragraph (a), and

(ii) in paragraph (b), omit “in all other respects,”.
