in subsection (6), in paragraph (a), omit “40,” and “and of any regulations made under section 40 of this Act”;
b
omit subsection (8);
c
in subsection (9), for “(2) to (8)” substitute “(2) to (7)”;
d
in subsection (10), as amended by section 31(1)(d) of the Health Act 200673, omit “and (8)”; and
e
in subsection (11)—
i
omit paragraph (a), and
ii
in paragraph (b), omit “in all other respects,”.
