This Order is made under section 3(1)(b) of the Education Act 2002. Article 2 revokes the Central Leeds Learning Federation (Change to School Session Times) Order 2006, which had the effect of exempting the Central Leeds Learning Federation from the provisions of the Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 19993.
