This Order amends the Establishment Order of the City and Hackney Primary Care Trust (“the trust”) which was re-named the City and Hackney Teaching Primary Care Trust by S.I. 2003/2663. The trust is a Primary Care Trust established by Order under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977. This Order adds to the area for which the trust is established the Inner and Middle Temples.
