17. In regulation 29 (unfair dismissal)—
(a)after paragraph (3)(b) omit “or” and insert—
“(bb)the employee undertook, considered undertaking or refused to undertake work in accordance with regulation 21A; or”;
(b)omit paragraph (4);
(c)in paragraph (6) omit “(4) or”.
