Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order, having regard to changes in the arrangements for the administration of the hospitals, establishments and facilities of the Doncaster and South Humber Healthcare National Health Service Trust1, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 92(1), 96(1) and 126(4) of the National Health Service Act 19772.

In accordance with section 92(3) of that Act she has consulted that Trust and the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals National Health Service Trust3 prior to making the Order.
