This article is subject to articles 4 and 7.

Subject to paragraph (3), the Act shall come into force on 1^st September 2006 so far as not already in force on that date.

(3)

Sections 5 and 8 (prohibition of activities without consent etc., restriction of activities in relation to donated material), shall come into force on 1^st December 2006.
