The Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2006

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 198(2) of the Energy Act 20041:

Citation1

This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2006.

Commencement2

The provisions of the Energy Act 2004 specified in the Schedule shall come into force on 14th August 2006.
