The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1985 c. 21. Paragraph 4(5) was repealed and re-enacted as paragraph 4(7) of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985 by S.I. 1999/2386. Paragraph 4(7) was repealed and re-enacted as paragraph 4(5) by the Films (Definition of “British Film”) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/643).
