The Army, Air Force and Naval Discipline Acts (Continuation) Order 2006 No. 1910

2.  The Army Act 1955(1), the Air Force Act 1955(2) and the Naval Discipline Act 1957(3) shall, instead of expiring on 31st August 2006, continue in force until 31st December 2006.
