The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 22(2)(h) of, paragraph (g) of the definition of “relevant public authority” in section 25(1) of, and section 25(2) and (3) of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000(1).
In accordance with sections 22(9) and 25(5) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House.
