The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 2, 7(1), 8(1), 13, 15(3), 15(4), 17(1), 23, 25, 26(1), 26(2), 28, 34(7), 38(1), 65A(3), 83(2), 87(2) and 87(5) of the Animal Health Act 19811 and now vested in her2:
