Article 3 of this Order brings into force on 16th June 2006 certain provisions of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Article 4 brings into force section 45 (integration loans) of that Act on the 30th June 2006.

This Order may be cited as the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2006.
