The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(1), (2)(d) and (f), (5)(a), (7)(a) and (l), 25, and 118(5) to (7) of the Care Standards Act 20001. She has consulted such persons as she considers appropriate in accordance with section 22(9) of that Act.
