The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 and 38 of the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002(1), makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 38(3) of the 2002 Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before, and approved by resolution of, each House of Parliament.
