<Text>The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30DD(1)(c), 89(1), (1A) and (2), 122(1) and 175(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/> and sections 4(1)(b), 35(1) and 36(1) to (4) of the Jobseekers Act 1995<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/>.</Text>
