1. These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks and Designs (Address For Service) (Amendment) Rules 2006 and shall come into force immediately after the Patents, Trade Marks and Designs (Address For Service and Time Limits, etc) Rules 2006(1) on 6th April 2006.
